I have the same rifle as the OP and that boolit in my rifle is the most accurate I have found. I get 1 inch groups at 50 yards.

I have an old model Ruger that needs a .413. It came with .411 throats and was reamed to .413 and shoots very well.

In the mid ninetys I bought a Norinco 1911A1, It worked very well so I bought another one. They cost $295 each, the first is more accurate the my Colt NM the second not so good, but I still have both.
Look at Bruce Bs sticky under military CB loads/ military rifles, it went on for years. Lots of loads for 7.62x51 (.308).
Unlike the comments above my 3 screw had tight throats, so it would do 12" groups at 25 yards. After reaming the throats to .413 to match the barrel it will shoot 2" groups. I paid $75.00 for it in...

I just wondered if they all shoot as well as mine, it will put 10 311041 into a 3/4" hole at 50 yards. I need to play with it more to find what it will do at longer distances.
