Definitely Phelps, they were blue and it has those column-like reinforcements where the lube cylinder goes into the base - Star doesn't have that.

Redding Competition seating die - at first I wasn't sure I can justify the cost, but it's worth it.

I used their small pistol primers and they are very good. They usually cost almost twice than CCI or Winchester (at least around Europe).

I also use ultrasonic cleaner. I used citric acid but it would etch the brass if I left it in over 5 minutes, so I switched to white vinegar. I leave the cases in for about 6-7 minutes and they come...

I'm using Rex 2 in .357 and 9mm and I am satisfied with the results. However, it does not meter well because of its shape.
I find your MAX loads a little on the low side since I load 4.6gr in 9mm...

Also try to avoid melting joints. I understand there might be zinc in there and you don't want zinc in your alloy. Maybe Jim knows more about it as I'm not sure what type of lead pipe solder was used...

Although majority of my reloading equipment is RCBS, I highly recommend Redding dies (I have their 9mm Luger three die set).
A few days ago while sizing and decapping 9mm cases, one case got stuck...
