I have the Hornady LNL, a Dillon 550 and a Dillon 650. I agree that the priming system on the LNL needs attention sometimes but it still cranks out ammo at a respectable pace. On the upside the...

I am reluctant to post too much about this but I reckon Jim and Janet will forgive me if I do. I know there's a lot of folks here that have a high regard for Jim and I figure they would like to know...

I built a rifle using the same barreled action (.308 heavy barrel) in an Axiom Aluminum stock. I did replace the trigger with an adjustable Timney. It is a very accurate rifle, sub MOA with 168gr...

I sure enjoyed reading that. Young man did well, so did his Folks.
I would recommend the 338-08 (338 Fed). I use it to shoot 300 grain cast which I assume is what you want to do. A savage receiver and aftermarket barrel are an inexpensive solution!!!

Fascinating read!!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Rifling is 1-10 which works very well with the heavy, long 300 gr bullet at 1850 fps. I bought the barrel used but if I had a choice I'd go with 1-12 so I could push the heavy bullets a little...
Thrifty + Performance is always a good thing! Been thinking about having the take-off Savage 30-06 barrel bored to .338 with a 12" twist. I'd love to have a 338-06 to go with the 338-08!!!
I built a 338-08 (338 Federal) using a savage 110 LA receiver and an Adams and Benet barrel. I love this rifle! I had Tom at accurate make me a 300 gr mold that I shoot at 1850 fps and get about...

It takes only a minute or two to set up. If you've already set all parameters on the unit attach it to a base or tripod and turn it on. Align with the target and you're all set! FYI make sure your...
I did get the rechargeable battery pack and have found that I could really use the microphone, I'll get that as soon as the sticker shock wears off!!!!
After I got the last e-mail about the parts backorder I almost cancelled my order, I have been waiting about 2 years for the darned thing to go on the market! I'm glad I didn't, and I think you'll...
Hey Doc, Thanks for the info on the TRK folder!!! This was the first time I worked with the unit and I've got to climb the learning curve a little. I am very impressed with the TAC-22 performance! ...
Had a chance to test the LabRadar today and I am impressed. It tracked 55gr .223 bullets at 3400 FPS out to a maximum range of 65 yards. It's nice to be able to select multiple ranges to display...
