I figured it would, but wasn't sure, given the Star's metering valve system. The way my schedule is looking, I won't get anything cast or sized till July or so anyway.
Thanks for your advice.

I have had really good luck with this stuff in just about everything I use it in, and am wondering if it will work through a Star sizer at room temperature?
I'd hate to fill it up and find out it...

Anyone know if the Dies used for the Star sizer are compatible between units made by Star, versus the newer Magma produced machines?

I was in need of a few different dies for my Star sizer, and stumbled across a zip loc bag containing 9 dies, 3 of which I needed for $60!
I did get some real oddball ones that I am not sure I...

KCSO, I have to ask, what on earth was the local S.D. doing with this? Glad to see you got it all "legal" again. Just wondering what on earth the S.D. had that on hand for?

I am still looking for the bad news! I only have one of your molds, but the quality is simply OUTSTANDING!!! Well worth the wait.
Keep up the good work Swede!

My favorite in a 16" Puma is the Lee 158 RFN bullet, over 6.5-7gn Unique. Accurate, economical and a joy to shoot in handgun and rifle.

I'm a die hard fan of the Lee 6 cavity molds, but I'll believe it when I see it! The burrs and sloppy workmanhip I can clean up myself, but the consistently UNDERSIZE bullets they throw for...
Found an as new in box Redhawk in 45 Colt. Stainless steel, the Ruger Hogue grips and 4" barrel, for $516, O.T.D.
Always kind of wanted a 45 Colt D.A revolver, any thoughts? Problem areas? Cast...

Thanks for all the suggestions. We are in the middle of moving to our new house, so all shooting and reloading / casting stuff is packed up, and I have to get a new reloading room built before I can...

John, this thing flings mil-surp ammo cases into the next township! The recoil spring seems stronger than on my buddy's Yugo, but his has been shot a lot more than mine too.
Also....where are you...

OK.....I just noticed that when I posted about this, the forum let me log in w/o putting the 1066 part of my name in....weird.

All is ok regarding piston and gas tube. Will be trying some at 15 and 15.5gn this weekend.

Buddy made a golf ball launcher for his Yugo SKS, to take the place of the grenade launcher!
Great way to use up those blanks.
I love my Ruger / Lipsey 5.5" 44 Special. Excellent value for the money. Mine likes the Lee 200RNFP bullet sized to .430 over 8gn Unique.

My wife likes to read old African Safari books from before WW2. Once she found out gunshows were a good place to find them, she always goes along.
