Just my .02 worth; I, personally, would temper the Lyman 311041 in hollow point configuration. Top half soft(er) lead 13-14 Brinnell, the bottom half hard(er) about 17-18 Brinnell.

I thought the same thing regarding the Sears buttstock; the barrel is marked with ONLY Winchester indicia; no Revelation, Ted Williams, etc. which was normally the case.

Your can of Johnson's Liquid Wax is great stuff; the original recipe for "60/40" if I remember correctly was 60% Alox/Xlox mixed with 40% Johnson's liquid wax. Its what I currently use.
