I think those would be way too long but that is just my opinion. Pellets sells an xxl pin that is .5 in long x .062 diameter. i have tried them and didn't like them.

i use 750 tempilak and it melts just before the flame changes color as in .5 seconds or there abouts. i put it on the inside of the case neck.

going price for the media right now is 7-9 bucks a pound plus shipping upto 12lbs fit in a small flat rate box but most places like to jab you on shipping. if you can't find better than 7 i have...

I have similar results when i tumble my sized 6.5pcc cases i get quite a few pins stuck sideways in the necks. doesn't happen on the fired cases just the sized ones. just something you live with...

sonics clean fine they just don't polish so if you like bling brass you won't be happy.

ss is more money to get started but the media will last forever and you have to pay to play.

i dry mine with a towel and then put a fan on them for a few hours to overnight. most of the time a do a batch after work then dry them put the fan on and go to bed. put stuff away in the morning.

that is for access to my adjustment screw for my case spin motor. when you change case head sizes you have to adjust the motor so they won't walk.

I decided to try my hand at making my hornady case feeder work on my annealer.

My wet tumbling drums spin at 60-75 rpm and they work fine

no lathe or mill here just welder and power tools.

wish i had a lathe i could really have some fun.
