I've got a 1980's marlin 1894s in 44 mag.
I use the lyman 429421 Keith mold, both the original and later revision. Cast a 240-250 grn boolit depending on lead.
The marlin cycles them just fine!

Well Cabela's called me letting me know the rifle was in.
Went down to take a look at it.
Is in better shape than described. Seems well balanced, just a bit barrel heavy but to my surprise I can...

I also have a remington roller in 44-40, a little saddle ring carbine. It handles great, shoots as good as I can hold it. I think the baby pedersoli rb would be a nice one to play with.

Cost! Yep! Back in the 90's a good uberti copy was $500-600 tops! Of course back then the kids and family came first. Bought my first uberti rolling block back then used for $250. Skip forward to...

Thank you! That's what I was looking for.
I ordered a mold back in April, brass two cavity.
It was at my door in 4 weeks. Darn good mold, real happy with it!
Been thinking about another one. But will wait and see if the fog clears?

Thinking on getting an 45/70 barrel for my 1975 H&R 158 Topper
My 158 was made in 1975 and came from the factory with a 30-30 barrel, matching serial numbers on both.
Looking at the pressure...

Great build you have going!
