Back in the 80's I turned 30-06 to 25-06 without much issue. I then moved to creating 219 Donaldson Wasp out of Zipper or 30-30 brass.

I've been using the lanolin and castor oil mix with no issues. I've also used it for sizing cases and it works for that as well.

Walnut Hill works for me but depends on size of projectile. Also, dies have to be considered - you will quickly spend more on dies than the press.

I've found the same thing - they compliment each other nicely. I have mounted a dillon powder measure on the T-7 but take shells out for measurement / topping off for accuracy loads. I use the co-ax...

Pick what works for you. I size to make sure the round chambers and just fits the cylinder throat, makes shooting much more fun!

I've used Randy's Tac in 44 Spl with no issues and reduced smoke at the range. Randy's suggestion of a hair dryer works fine - use it on the boolits instead of the sizer.

I use 357's 666+1 but have swapped out assembly goo for the vaseline based on comments in the extreme thread. Works great and has a nice green color.

I've found that when the mold is just at the frosting point you get sharp definition and fill out. Keep going beyond that point and quality goes down. Once you are at the 'sweet spot', drop your melt...
