i was gives some 38 spl rp blank brass. it looks like reg 38 spl but as a roll crimp thar did not come out when fired. i think it will flare out and load just like any 38 spl brass. i have not...

I see some annealers stop in the flames ( 2 torches ) and some pass by one flame then go to a 2nd flame never stopping. I would think it would be harder to get the right temp. when the case is not...
