I use 30 and 50 caliber ammo cans. The size depends on the amount of each caliber. I down sized and kept only 500 rounds of each caliber. I keep all my loaded rounds in ammo cans also.

Lyman M die is the best if you want top accuracy. Otherwise anything will work.

Mixed mfg. of brass will cause the same problem. All mfg. of brass is not the same thickness. Some brands will be thicker than others in the same caliber..

Been using a fired case for 30 yrs on the both ends of a pounding rod. That way neither end can damage.

I do most of my reloading on a Dillon 1050 or Dillon 650. I use a strong mount on each press to raise the press. That way I reload standing up and can look into the case before inserting the bullet....

I think you will find that most commerical casters use 2% tin for the automatic machines so the bullets drop out freely. I have never found it useful to use over 1% tin for hand casting.
