Bradley, try BPI (Ballistic Products), the have multiple slug options in most gauges and if I recall correctly they carry a .410 slug.

I did not spray the mould or pin but I did smoke them. The mould is completely sealed when I pour; I did notice that the pin had gotten pretty hot when the problem started.

I recently started casting the 20ga sabot slug using a Lyman mould; I noticed that the pin that moulds the hollow base stated to stick and then would not release after casting just a few good slugs....
Roger, something to consider is the wall construction of your home, a 22LR will penetrate multiple walls as well as most center fire rounds. So buckshot(any size) will not be a good choice.....
