I left 4 on the shelf at Jerry's in Springfield in case anyone in the area is interested. None at the Eugene store or any Home Depots that I went to. They were "on clearance till inventory runs out"....

Sidewalk chalk from the Dollar Store is fun to shoot and it desolves in the rain.

Started reloading in the late 70's but always had a cheap supply of lead pistol bullets locally to keep the handguns fed. Got away from it around the turn of the century, then my cousin started...

I have an old Unique can. It is grey with black stenciling. No paper label. Has a Hercules scrunchy Cap on it. Had it since dirt.

Maybe so but you will live to bid another day. I could swear that 2nd brown can has HERCO stenciled on it. My eyes are not as young as they used to be though.

I like Rodvan's light. Good reuse for split cases.

I use the Inline systems on my SDB's and my 550's as does my cousin and a couple friends. I have had them a while and they never had problems. I bought them when I had more money than time and he...

Don't feel too bad, you only came home with 1 keg, not both plus the BE86, Power Pistol, and a few others. I have been lucky with the mail order and have kept my powder purchases in the $20/lb range....

I had some old 3031 tins that had faded to orange. Accidentally added some 4831 (same color orange tin) to the powder measure. Didn't catch it till I had a couple boxes each of 06 & 308 test loads....

Maven- Thanks for the insight. Have a lot of irons in the fire right now but hope to get some time next winter to work with these two powders. Again, thanks for the advice.

Picked up some 4759 a few months ago myself so I have enough for a day or two. I have an old 4# tin of 7625 that I haven't finished burning up yet. Never got into using 4756 so I won't miss it much.

We had it in a Bi Mart a couple weeks ago. Only lasted a couple days.

Yahoo!! 8# of 2400+335. Less than $21/# to the door. That's a lot better than the LGS or Cabelas prices. Gives me enough powder for a couple more weeks.

My first was 270 to 30-06. It was unintentional. The gun and I both survived. 30 Herrett and 300 BLK are the only others I have done intentionally.

Dan Cash/725, yea that's what I have been thinking. Had the gun for 10 years and that's a shame. I'm calling Jes and see what he can do for me. Thanks. OP, sorry for the hijack.
