Rifle is an old Enfield already chambered in 303, it's just getting rebored to 35.

Looking at the 35-303 cartridge, basically just a 303 necked up to a 35 cal.

Would a 35 whelen neck sizer work for initially expanding the necks and then sizing duty?

Digital micrometer measured multiple times, seemed large to me too.

Ruger NM Super Blckhawk from the early 80s in 44 mag.
