Going to coat my first batch of 230 grs, 452 rn boolits.
Brick red..
5 milliliters mix pr 2 kg boolits.

Surfacearea/kg must vary between 45 230 grs and 115 9mm.

Any input on this?

want to drill out most of the lubegroves as I'm currently coating instead of lubing.

I use LEE liquid allox lube.
There is lube in the barrel after shooting and it cleans out with a oiled swab. Thats when the lead deposits become visible. ...

I´ve fired ca 4000 lee 228 grs 1-r bullets in a 5" version this season.
Throat to barrel dimensions and timing is ok.
No frame choke.
There is leading if alloy hardeness at brinell 12 or...

Ca 30 kilograms of Lee ,452 228-1r for my revolver.
The alloy makes them 231,5 grains and hardness is softer than 3b and harder than 4b on the Staedtler scale.
Works great in my 625 S&W.
