Are you trying to buy directly from the Lee website?
I've never heard of Stripe.
I'd just to to Titan Reloading and buy from there. They have about everything Lee makes.
Weigand for the win. They're fantastic.
As for the optic, I like red dots on revolvers and Ultradot is the way to go IMO.
Here is what the mount looks like installed. You remove the rear sight...

Agreed 100%.
Not everyone you're related to deserves something from you.
I imagine we all have those relatives that we know would just flip whatever you left them to make money.
I have girls, so I...
I've never used BE-86 in anything.
My favorite plinking load in my 4 5/8" Blackhawk is Skeeter's .44 special loads, 7.5 grains of Unique and a Lyman 429421 bullet. That or 7 grains of 700X (I think...

I'm watching it happen to my father right now.
He'll be 77 in June and has dementia. He can't get around any more. He has to have help to make it to the restroom or the bed. His short term memory...

Spent about an hour casting some .38 boolits.
Usually I use Lee molds. I forgot how tiring it could be running an iron 4-cavity mold. But hey, I got a lot of bullets done in an hour.

Yes, I have had bullets cast for guns that went down the trade trail.
The bullets went back in the pot to be repurposed.

I loaded up a few rounds last night and went to the range with them this morning. I did just what you (and a few others) have suggested and crimped into the top grease groove. It was standard...

Here is an excerpt from an article written by Glenn Fryxell. No clue who he is, but wanted to give credit where it's due.
"The concept of designing bullets specifically for target shooting took...

I actually don't have any loaded up at the moment. I went through what I had this past Saturday.
I'm planning on getting the pot fired up this weekend and get some more loaded up.

It's a 6.5" Blackhawk.
Moving with recoil is the issue I'm concerned with.
I have other molds, but not another SWC mold.

Hey everyone.
I want to see if I'm thinking correctly on something.
I have a 4 cavity Lyman 358271 mold. It drops 150 grain bullets with 2 lube grooves, but no crimp groove.
I've been loading...

None of the above.
I put them in a rock tumbler before bed. When I get up in the morning, I turn it off and the balls are smooth as can be.
I do this with buckshot and with balls molded for BP use.
I like it.
That gun in .44 magnum with an Ultradot 30 would be the cat's meow for me.

I just mainly use cast bullets for plinking fun at the range.
I do want to kill a deer with a cast bullet, but it will be from a .44 magnum within bow range.
I don't worry about weighing cast...

That is a unique "problem" we have in America.
Just think how that looks to impoverished countries. Their poor people are starving to death. Our poor people are eating themselves to death.
Not...

That is definitely one of the good things about looking at ammo at Academy. I like being able to walk up to the shelf and browse. I'm not getting any younger and my eyes can't read labels and price...
I've mostly used Bullseye and W231. I love them both.
Oddly, I didn't care for Unique in 9mm. It's been a while since I loaded for it, so I don't remember exactly what my issue was with it. Just...

I generally don't anymore.
There's no logic to it. I've just got a thing for shiny brass, and I have a lot of brass stocked up for most calibers I load.
Obviously if I'm not well stocked in a...

I wasn't certain, but I suspected as much.
Thanks.

Don't need 2 sets of .44 mag dies.
This one is an RCBS 3 die set. I don't believe I've ever used them but they look good.
Not sure if they're carbide or not, but the label on the box does not...
