unfortunately nothing
I was trying a couple of .300 AAC round in my garage last night. Trying to get a load that will cycle a 147 gr M80 projectile in a .300 AAC AR handgun. Haven't had much luck so far. I'm using IMR 4227 and have gone from 16.0 to 17.2 gr. I'm doing this throughout the night inside the city, so I'm wanting the noise not to be notice. So, I turn on my shop vac to give a bit of background noise and then try a shot. When it doesn't work, I spend a few minutes vacuuming up some of sawdust that is starting to cover my floor. My table saw is a fairly old model (cast iron bed) and I don't think it has provision for a dust collector, even if I had thought to hook one up when I last used it.
Then I go back inside, drink another beer, load another round, clean up some of the mess I made from converting .223 brass to .300 AAC brass the other day and then go back out to the garage and do it again. Apparently no one noticed (or at least didn't care about) the sound. Maybe they just thought it was thunder from Tropical Storm Bill that was headed our way?
Loaded 50 45 ACP with Universal 6.2 g (max) MP 210 g FP. for my 45 1911/25-2 and 45ACP Mech Teck carbine( Need more rounds)
NavyVet1959-The BEST resource I've seen thus far for loading 300 Whisper/AAC...is the Lyman "Reloading For The AR".
It's a very informative paperback, which has some pretty good loads published...for sub or super in varying weight bullets.
I powder coated boolits, and loaded more 45 Colts.

I made some empties today and then I tumbled them. The Glock likes the new Elco 147 HP, but the CZ75B loves it.
Finished trimming and SS tumbling 200 300BO cases formed from 223.
Spent a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon in my cave......loaded 100 .45LC (454190 over 8.0gr Unique), 30 .357 Mag (358156GC over 11.4 2400), and processed (trimmed, chamfered, deburred) 100 rounds of .223.
For some reason, I have yet to get a load to cycle the action on the .300 AAC AR that I built. I tried a few different loads last night during the storm. This build has the full auto BCG in it, so I wasn't sure if there was something about it that might have made a difference, so I put a .223 pistol upper on it and fired it in my garage last night. It cycled the action just like it was supposed to do. I put a tube on the gas tube and blew through it to ensure the gas tube was not clogged up. It seemed ok. Cast some bullets from the Lee C309-113-F mold that I had recently got and tried them. They are a bit short and with the flat nose, they would not even load into the chamber from the magazine. So, I just manually loaded the first one and put the M80 projectile round in the magazine so that I would know if it picked up the next round. No luck -- still would not eject the brass.
So, drink beer, clean up place, load a round, go shoot it in the garage. Repeat until daybreak, grab something to eat, a shower, and go to bed. Yeah, my waking hours are totally screwed up lately. One of the advantages of being retired -- time has no meaning for me anymore. :)
Wired a new outlet one with a switch and female combination for my mec 9000h. This way I do not have to unplug the pump. The box also has an additional female outlet wired with power.
No more crawling under the bench to power up or fighting cords.
Installed a new ceramic lightnfixture with female out let..and pull string switch.
Installed 4 100w flourcent bulbs thatbuse 23w of juice and they are a whole lot cooler than the old bulbs.
Granddaughter counted up 1678 160gr 357 hp Boolits for me. 3 Boxes of 500 each. we set the others, 178 aside to size and lube.
Installed a new thermostat up stairs. Yea I waited till it was 95 out. LOL

Smkeyloads
I loaded up 43 rounds (with jwords) for the Tikka 25-06 for a night hunting adventure. Heading out this weekend to the flat land of NC to do some fishing and deer hunting - hope it will be warm enough (lol).
Loaded more 45 Colts, then loaded more 45 Colts, then....
Y'all get the idea I shoot a bunch of 45 Colts?
Found two dozen Lake City brass which I had converted to 7.7 Jap which I decapped and ran them through a FL resizer. Primed them and loaded up a 100 grain cast boolit over 5.5 grains of Bullseye. It's old brass with a head stamp of L C 54.
Finally got the star sizer I recently purchased dialed in. It's my first, so it took a bit to get her right. But once it was set, 1000 boolits went by in the same amount of time it took to do 350 on the Lyman. Had no idea what I was missing.
Loaded up some 115g swc for one of my 9mm's today. I picked up a box of 500 cast and lubed for 15$ in the misc bin at the local gun shop. I would have rejected about 1/2 of them , but at that price what the hey. 4.4g of bulleye and we will make some noise. Tanfaglio TBA-90.

Mounted a 32" ceiling fan in my loading building to help the A/C take the edge off our 110+F temps. (Humidity it 5% for all you swamp guys!)
With all the insulation I put in I can keep the shop at <77F after about 30 minutes of cool-down. The ceiling fan is to circulate the air better. We have ceiling fans in EVERY SINGLE ROOM in the house! The one in the vaulted ceiling living room runs 24/7/365.
Ceiling fans are "cool".
