You can make up to a 72 gr on the .825 but its a tight squeeze
They make a 900 jacket that will fill your needs.
Check with Brunos to see if they have any in stock.
What shape is you die? Do you want a hollow point or soft point?
With a 8S ogive, I use the .825" for 75 gr. With that jacket and my die I can make a 85 gr soft point but 90 gr would be too much lead hanging out for me. I would need to step up to the next longer jacket for that.
Die is 6S. Bruno's has .825 think I'll order those. I was making 80gr on .22mag brass cut to 1 inch but alas I have used all my supply. Thanks for the input.
Sierra is .810 if any one is curious.

Sierra is "Out of stock" , have been for awhile.
If you want to try Sierra jackets Wally Hart in Nescopek PA. usually has them in stock when everybody else is out. I use them to make 65-70 grain open tip bullets and have found them to be every bit as good as J4's. I use .790 J4's for the same bullets. For the 90-100gr bullets I think you will have to go to .900 for lead tips or 1.050 for open tips.
You will need at least .900 jackets. Even with a 6 ojive .
95 to 100 gr bullets will need the 1.050 jackets. If you want heavier ones the 1.150 jackets
