There are about a dozen variables in your question.
Size of your cylinder throats.
Dimensions of interior of your barrel.
Your alloy.
Sizing of your bullets.
Velocity of your loads.
And many more.................
Can you use it....YES
Will you get any leading ...MAYBE , see Ben's reply about the variables that might cause it.
What I would do is load up a few with the powder and boolits you have and shoot them . A barrel inspection will tell you if you have a problem. Note...don't push them too fast , plinking loads stand a much better chance of success. If no lead you're good to go....if you get leading, time to look at some of the variables that cause it .

I use nothing but BLL for my 38 special and 357 magnum ammo, and mostly titegroup, and get no leading in either revolver, and also none in my Henry Big Boy 357 Magnum. So, I guess BLL is OK for titegroup-- at least in my firearms.
Doug has opened up the throats on my new model Blackhawk. My alloy is 1/4 lead and 3/4 coww, plus 1.5% tin. Bullets drop from the mold at .452, air cooled, and were coated 3 x with bll. I will load and shoot some this weekend, see if I get any leading?

I use TG in my 44 special with BLL and no leading. Also in rifles. Give it a whirl.
I always try BLL when the bullets drop from the mold at the right size, i.e. 38spl at .358. Otherwise, I'll run them through my RCBS Lube Matic. I made up a batch of 120 gr TC bullets loaded with Titegroup and BLL for my CZ75 and they leaded the barrel. I loaded those same bullets, with BLL and Titegroup, in 38spl cases with zero lead left in the barrel.

I use a lot of titegroup in 9mm, 380 and 357 Mag. I get slight leading sometimes after a few hundred rounds. Doesn't affect accuracy and cleans out easily afterwards.

There is no problems with titegroup. The OP’s question was “If” he could use it with BLL in 45 colt. Yes he can.
I use red dot with BLL coated boolits and no leading and Red dot is faster than tg.
Boolit fit is King. Speed ,hardness etc are next
