So, anybody know when Lee began making the red dippers, and went from red to yellow?
I've a Lee Loader in the old cardboard box with a red dipper, instructions in box dated 1966.
What about 1963?

I bought a black set new in 1969.
Within a few years I got a yellow set.
I guess I missed out on the red set.
Are they cc's or cubic inches?
Didn't know they made any other color than yellow!
I've got some metal lee dippers...
The black ones were marked with numbers corresponding to grains. I found one to look at. I think the red ones were first, then black, then the yellow cc marked ones. Standard disclaimer I am half right maybe.
Gentlemen,
The Red and Black Dippers were labeled in Cubic Inches, the Yellow are Cubic Centimeters.
The Red & Black were manufactured by LEE Custom Engineering Inc.
The Yellow are manufactured by LEE Precision Inc.
