I bought some .43 spainish brass from Buffalo arms to try and form into 11.15 x 77m werndl but they split in the body. Used .348 WW anealed and they worked well. Check out Buffalo arms.
348 will be a tad short and only work in a big chamber, 45-90 is perfect for mine.
348 on top and fireformed 45-90 on bottom.

The reformed 348 that Buffalo Arms sells for the 44-77 work well, so it should be fine in the mauser as well.
Thanks all for the suggestions. Will try some of them. WB.
Buffalo Arms sells single cartridge cases. That is a cost effective way to find out if a particular case will work for a case conversion in your rifle. I did this with .50 Alaskan brass to see if it would work in my 12.7x44 Swedish Roller. Properly trimmed the .50 Alaskan fits my rifle (doesn't fit every Swede Roller). Should last forever at BP pressures.

I've been using 43 Mauser brass from Buffalo Arms for.....close to 20 years? I use it in a German double so chambered and it works just peachy!
