Heck , I can't find that member name in the member list anywhere, with any spelling.

I remember there was a fella that was ill & in the hospital & his wife came on in his name & said more about that, but I am not sure if it is the same person as I do not remember the name. I do know that the fella was from Texas though & I did not see a name in the member list that struck my memory as the right name either.
Likely a Moderator might know.
I think JonB in Glencoe, knows more about the member who was in the hospital so he might help out.
What part of Texas is he from?
San Antonio. I've tried to PM him but it doesn't send. One of his old threads about .300 Savage loads was revived and that jarred my memory. His posts were historical and informative and praiseful of the Rem 760.

I'm pretty sure that Texas Grunt has passed away. Another member, Burnt Fingers, posted about it. I have not seen anything about Texasnative. Hope he's ok.

Oh, oh! Under his name on the membership page it says banned. :shock: Must have said something that upset someone. I remember him best for saying that he was an American Indian, and that a couple of his relatives had enlisted in the CSA during the Civil War, were captured and murdered in the prison camp because they were Indians. Sad that he's gone from the forum.
I couldn't recall his exact name, so I just typed "Texasnative" into the "google custom search" window and clicked on one of the first 4 results that he had appeared to have participated in, then clicked on his name on one of his posts to get his profile page.Quote:
