Goodness!
A fellow member sent me some 457122’s to try out. Cast from range scrap, they’re pretty soft, and a little skinny for my Marlin. He recommended patching them to size, which I did to a few today.
Notebook paper, wrapped twice, smeared a little case lube around the driving band, and ran them through my .460 sizer.
Loaded them over 44gr IMR 3031, which is my “go to” load for a 350gr.

I like using the Lee sizing lube. Makes a nice shell.
I didnt have too good of luck with notebook paper. Good luck and lets hear how they shoot.

Yes I do. They look a little big but if they fit in the case, go shoot them. I’m using range scrap too. Works for my .380.
