Top one looks like an Italian Carcano bolt
Bottom a Mexican Mauser 1935 Model I think,,there's an earlier MExican Model 1910 that doesn't use the striker knob.
That's about the only one I can think of that has the Springfield type cocking knob on the striker.
I think 2152hq has it exactly right.

It's been a lot of years ago now, but I recall that a teenaged hunting friend of mine had one the used that actually belonged to his dad. I'm pretty sure it was an 1893 and in 7x57mm. It had been cut down, but had that attractive Mexican National Crest on the receiver ring. I've seen very few in all the years since then, and those that I have seen were much the worse for wear. They seem to have been used and used to the point of being used up.
