Marlin M99 M1
Not familiar with this flavor at all but on vacation I picked up a barreled action with bolt and magazine tube seems to have follower and decent spring but no stock trigger or sights . The barrel inside is in very good shape, and I'd like to make a working rifle out of this anyone have any parts or info they'd be willing to trade or sell?
Any help would really be appreciated!

I do know from experience that it's cheaper to buy the lower receiver/feed mechanism as a unit rather than separate parts. Jack First or Bob's Gun Shop can fix you up. Those are great .22s.

The trigger is mounted to the trigger guard so its not part of the lower itself.
There are a few sites that have old used or NOS replacement stocks for from $65 to $75. Numrich has trigger guards and triggers.
I got my 99 M1 in pretty sad shape but it turned out just fine. The wood turned out to be highly figured walnut under its cloudy old factory finish.
You might find all the stuff up need on Ebay, its worth a look.
