Will a Trijicon RMR survive on a 500 Magnum?

I was wondering if a Trijicon RMR survive on a 500 S&W Magnum? Cabelea's is advertising a great deal on one tomorrow only. Thanks. Boats

The web site says lifetime warranty for the original owner. That's a start. Whether or not it'll let you down at the worst possible time, there's only one way to find out.

I have a dual illuminated RMR that sat on my 9mm major USPSA open gun before I went to a fixed C-More for the larger glass. That optic took a hammering slide riding on that gun. Good handful of our clubmates are/have run the Trijicons. We beat the tar out of them and only one guy has had a problem and Trijicon took care of him in above & beyond fashion! Great customer service! I think the RMR will do fine and Trijicon will take care of you if you break it. Could give them a call and see what they think.

yup trijicons aren't given away but there about as battle tough as anything made.
