Thanks for the response on an earlier post. I have done a bunch of experimenting with the 45 Colt, Using shot loads. I use a dose of Unique, and I have a bag of no 8 shot. Using regular 45 cases, I can get maybe 1/2 os of shot in there, about a 10 ft load. Works OK for the little pigmy Rattlesnakes we have here.
Some use blanks, they have a little longer case length. Haven’t tried the other cases, yet. I find I’m using my coach gun more and more.
