How to add NRA flag to username?

Ok so I didn't spring for the lifetime membership but I've gotten enough spam from them to convince me to finally join. Is the banner only for lifetime memberships or can I add it somehow? Just want to show my support for them doing what they do.

you can add it.
Go to "UserCP"
under "My Account"
click on "permission groups"
the rest is self-explanitory.
