Nicely done! Looks to be a nice head on his shoulders, and a bunch of burger too.
Nicely done! And that is the only 45-70 rifle that I actually covet.....
What is that white stuff?
wow... nice deer!!! you trying to flour him up??? is that flour on the ground???
very nice!!!!!!!
The white stuff is made for tracking, unfortunately we have it on the ground 6-7 months a year
I do prefer hunting in the snow with winter white camo
Only -9 so not a bad day to sit in on the ground hunting
Tell me that’s -9 C not F ??? I really hate cold, and both those are cold!
Very nice buck and rifle. The weather here has been unseasonably warm with occasional cold snaps, but the rut really isn't going like it should be. I've already filled my buck tag for the years, but I'd love to just see a buck like that one.
Congratulation! Well Done!
Ken
Good one!
wow how very cool
and to rattle him in that is impressive
and a whole lot of fun, aint it ?
Nice job 244.
Great deer, great rifle, and great load. Congratulations all the way around.
Well done. I, too, shoot the Cowboy in 4570 with cast boolits and deer hunt with it, as well. They are fun rifles to have in hand. Are your sights original? They were too course for my eyes, at least the rear sight, so I changed it out for a Skinner Alaskan. Minus 9 is cold, but I agree, hunting in snow is my preferred way to hunt.
Great deer and congratulations on the hunt.
Congratulations on a fine buck and for sticking it out in the cold.
Thats a good buck , looking at the places on his neck he is not the only one around .
