I've used them. As long as the bulge isn't so big it gets shaved when entering the swaging or core seating die, they'll work fine.

Probably the only good use for them , I do not see where it would hurt , and makes good use of a damaged item.
I bulge bust 9mm and 45 ACP, which makes them like new brass.
LOL, funny you mention that. I regularly cull dorked-up brass from my reloading process. I gathered up enough such 45acp brass to turn into 405gr 458's for the SOCOM. Get a load of the circumferential tear near the heel of the bullet. It causes no issue whatsoever.
