Is there any reason that I can't coat 45 200fr boolits together with 113 gr 30 cal boolits? I wouldn't bake them together because of the difference in size, I would think the larger ones might need a little longer to cure. I was wondering if the size difference would affect the coating evenness etc.
If you are doing the shake and bake, you should be fine.
I've coated and baked 45 and 9mm at the same time. No problem.

If you are talking about HITEK coating, then, Yes you can.
So long as the total weight is the same per bake.
I do 250 9mm bullets per tray and 200 45 bullets per tray. Weight works out to be similar.

Yes, I was talking Hitek. Guess I shouldn't have abbreviated. I cast 2 boolit sizes Mon. and the combination is enough for a good load wt wise. Will bake separately
The only reason I keep them separate is to not have to sort them prior to sizing when done. That said, I sometimes will end up with a last tray of the batch that is made up of the "overflow" of the single-caliber trays. I think that produces better results than trying to stuff the extras onto an already full tray.
No reason why not, as long as you get the correct amount of coating on them, happy days.
I don't like doing it only because i don't want to have to sort them after, but if you're happy to, go for it. No reason why you can't bake them together too. Sort once you have coated and cooked them the required amount of times.
I did a similar thing a few days ago. Coated about 15 pounds of mixed bullets (4 different calibers). Had to separate them when I was sizing but it was pretty quick.

I've done it, both coating and baking together. As Ausglock suggested, if the total baked at one time is around the weight recommended, then there's enough allowance in the time recommended to cure both big and small slugs.
If the boolits done together are markedly different in weight or design, separating them is not hard, just another step in the process.
I did it, and baked together and it worked fine.
