Lee 200 grain 309 mould, hornady crimp on gas checks. Approximately 5% tin. Small amount of antimony. Ladle poured.
I'm getting ready to do the same thing. I have the Lee 309-150 and 309-170. Gator gas checks and will powder coat when that comes tomorrow. Will probably run the 150 in the 300aac and the 170 in my 30-06. What are you running your 200g in?

If you're like me, you'll shoot'em up before deer season and have to cast more.:-D
Last year was a round ball deer, but the year before I used a 200 grain boolit with a giant meplat in my 30-06. One and done. She did a donut after I hit her and fell over 25 yards from the metal connected with the meat and that was it. A big wad of lead with a flat point works great.
