I did a search and all the ones I saw were 50 caliber. Gun Broker has some Pedersoli, Mid South Shooters Supply has some but all were 50 caliber. You could use an Under hammer and order a left handed stock?
another advantage of a underhammer it don't know if it is a right or left hand rifle.
i have not seen left hand .45 cal. rifles in a long time.
This is my experience too. .50 and .54 are available used on occasion. I bought a used .54 Lyman a few years ago. Being Canadian we don't have easy access to American firms, shipping, international border, and dollar exchange are issues.
I think I once read of a LH TC Hawken in .45 but not sure.

AFAIK, the only way to obtain a LH .45 frontstuffer would be to put together a kit rifle.

Yep, I looked for a faster twist .45 for a long time. Never found one. I ended up with my Lyman GPH in .50
FWIW, it is a left handed rifle and I shoot it right handed.
One of these days I will have a .45 cal barrel made for my Lyman.

Long ago when MLs were just starting regaining popularity back in the 70s, 45's were common. And of coarse everyone wanted bigger so the 50s came out and gained popularity. 50's seem to stick though (probably due to the inlines allot) and seem to be the most common. If you are going to find one, it will either be an older one or build one. Left had is a whole nuther story though and will be extremely difficult to find used but they are out there.

This confirms that a custom kit is my option if it is affordable. Research is convincing that shooting opposite hand guns is doable and safe. However, after careful consideration LH is the ticket for me.
I will simply say I am completely satisfied with the Poor Boy Southern flintlock Tennessee Valley built for me. I imagine their kits are of similar quality. The swamped barrel is, in my opinion, well worth the added cost.
