Redding customer service, two thumbs up!

I managed to lose the shell holder retainer (snap ring that fits in the top of the ram) on my T-7. Searched my place, couldn't find it. Searched the Mighty InterWeb, couldn't find a replacement. Tried a few homemade items, no luck. Also didn't have any luck adapting anything else, like C-clips and such. I got close a few times but not close enough.
Emailed Redding Tuesday, got a reply yesterday, apparently these guys worked on the 4th! One is on it's way to me, no charge.

Recently purchased one of their seating dies. The seating plug was too short, to seat without crimping. E-mailed them and they sent me a longer one, no charge.
