M1A scope mount AR15 front sight

I am not sure of the vintage of the scope mount. It is steel and has weaver style rail. I would like $40 shipped. Front sight is off of a DPMS 6.8 spc upper. I would like $20 shipped. I will combine both $50 shipped.
