Well, now I have seen the ugliest of ugliness appear as a 9mm lever action rifle.
Enter the POF Tombstone. For a mere $1,962.
Oh my.

Yep that's fugly.
What he said.^^^^ X2.
ugh
Well, I'm happy to see that they put a muzzle brake on this heavy-recoiling beast.... that should ease the pain of shooting it. I did not see any bottles of bleach eye-wash, though... probably just me and my high expectations. What should I expect for a measly 2 grand...?
.
It looks like it was made to appeal to younger shooters who grew up playing video games with fantasy weapons.
Next up is a camo jet pack, to pursue running deer - and allowing the jumping of tall buildings in a single bound. ;)
There is no . . . NO limit to what they will put out there for the "home defense"/"tactic/kewl" gun owner.
AND
At a great price too, I see!
Ugly does not bother me if it fills a need. This thing is not just ugly but silly and expensive.
I have a couple of Hi-Point carbines that are ugly but cheap and effective.
If it ain't chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, what good is it!!!........:bigsmyl2:
Viewer warning, would have been nice!:kidding:
I had previously thought Glocks were ugly.
Now I may have to rethink that position.
Don't worry. "IT" will sell like hotcakes. Even the Gyro-Gun had its day.
There is the answer to a question that no one has ever asked...
Kind of like the concept. 9mm levergun would be a blast to shoot steel with! Synthetic stock is fine, maybe streamline it a bit. A quick swap tubular magazine would still have plenty of capacity Don’t like the price though…
Probably fires those dangerous Black Talon bullets too!
I think they should have named it the "Mall Ninja Suprise"!
Looks like it would work well in a area that bans semi autos. Not many 9mm lever actions out there, it's a option for people with limited options. That's been one of the huge draws to lever actions for ban states.
Is there a vomiting emoji?
I can hardly wait for the noob's to start with their "Tell me about the Tombstone lever" or "Load development for that Tombstone"... I wouldn't take it if you gave me one!
What's the overall length ? I'll need to know in case I'm ever gifted one. Gotta know if it will fit in My trash can.
I agree that it may have a place in areas where it's illegal to carry a semi auto. In other words it was designed by the legal team.
Don't poke the bear man!
S#%t, i think i heard my eyes "crack"!!!!!
made me spit my coffee out, Hootmix.
That Tactical Mossberg 30-30 beget a mutant 9mm?
100% agree , but 30 rounds or so on tap on a lever gun would be kinda fun it's supressor ready so that's neat too, if someone in a ban state wanted to shoot carbine in competition this is a mag fed option but I don't know of a ban state that would allow standard cap mag and still ban semis.
I would opt for a henry 357 tactical with some of those new ranger precision parts I've been seeing. Those set ups look great if I lived In a restricted state
I like it just for the fact it makes the lever action traditionalists squirm.
Glock mags would have been better.
Yeah,,, I guess so.
I never was a big ultra high capacity magazine guy. At a young, tender age, I heard a interview with a S&W Team shooter.
The competition was was speed against 6 targets. It might have been that bowling pin thing they did years ago.
The difference between first and second place sometimes was less than a second.
Anyway, he used the standard 9 shot 9mm.
When asked why he didn't use the 15 shot model, he said, 'In this event, you can't miss fast enough to win'.
It really needs an effective barrel heat shield and bayonet lug, also an AK style safety would be appropriate.
I have always thought a 9mm lever action would be really cool, especially since rimmed revolver cartridges are still more expensive and often out of stock. For someone who doesn't reload that would be a great option.
It doesn’t appear to be a saddle gun.
It would require a weird scabbard…..
The magazine becomes the fore grip for those tactical shots I figure.

The good thing about that gun is the lever throw is probably really short like a 22. The other good thing is.... well, I can't think of anything right now.
Wait until the magnum version comes out in .38 Super!!![smilie=w:
Life is too short to own ugly guns.
As I have often stated: "Just because you can doesn't necessarily mean you should!"
