I best not, shameful
You really want to see???Attachment 217604
Nah...that's the name of the game, Ateam!
That looks like a mind at work, Flatline!
Would you believe there was an explosion in my loading room!

That looks like a dentists office, Snow ninja ;)
Hickory...I believe it...lets see the damage!!!
It's not as bad as it looks, really.
I need to build more shelves. I've already built 4 shelf units and need 2 more.
In my defense, it was cleaner but I was looking for something that was buried (yea I know how could it be buried if it was cleaner!)

At least nothing caught on fire!
Glad everyone made it and no insurance claim, Hickory!!
Grimps, we feel the pain!

OK...I'll admit to being anal retentive about my bench. My wife always wants to know why I can't pick up around the house but can keep my reloading room neat. Simple. She won't allow me to mount a press to the kitchen table.
Uh.....no way. Not right now. Had the boy home from the Navy for 10 days....we did some shooting, and messed with all kinds of other stuff. It's in layers right now....literally. No way!
My bench is in a constant state of unorganized disorganization. So is my workshop. Lol
This was a couple weeks ago, not much has changed.

Im going to move the shelf out, and extend the bench on the left, and build some shelves above it. Might do a drawer cluster somewhere. Going to put the lubesizer on the far left, and maybe move the press a bit to the left too, and have the center open for gun cleaning, and using the case trimmer as needed.

I tend to be a little disorganized and sloppy, so I work real hard at overcompensating. Even then, it could still stand to be cleaned up a little. Ed

Someday I'll get around to really setting it up to be more efficient but for now it does the trick. I also have a powder coat area but that was off subject.
I feel soo much better about myself. My benches (3) look like I dumped the tool chests out on them.
The older I get, and the more stuff I have, the worse I am at organization. A picture would have to be as big as the mess to see it.
The only thing lost in the pile is my mind, and I'm not sure how long it's been gone.
So far, no one has posted a picture as cluttered and messy as my bench is. Until there is another that is as bad, I will not post mine.
That's the whole point of the the thread to see where the magic REALLY happens.
Seriously though...you can look at any forum out there and see pictures of sanitized and organized reloading areas, rooms and whatnot.
But what does the average guys stuff ACTUALLY look like on a daily basis?
Mine aint horrible... but it aint perdy either.
I cant post a picture of my bench now. Heck I'm not sure if I remember what it looks like. I believe it has a wood top but it hasn't been seen in awhile.
Beebee that's the kind of bench this thread needs pics of! Haha..not the place for feng shui loading/workbenches...lol.

I'm not proud...
Now there's what a working bench looks like. ;) And believe it or not, I know where EVERYTHING is.

(and that's a Diet Dr. Pepper in the can holder)
There's only one press visible because I only mount the press, sizer or scale that I need at the time. The top of the bench is drilled for each one and they are stored in another room in their own individually labeled Tupperware boxes. That's why you don't see my Chargemaster or Rock Chucker or Uniflows or any of the Stars or Lyman/Ideal lubers and their heaters shown here. Each one gets fastened with long bolts and wingnuts and is quickly changeable. I can mount up to four at one time on the bench if needed, but I usually just have the one up there.
I did have a pretty long organizing morning about three weeks ago. I am going to try and keep it clean. Added some new lights too, which are working out great!

"Pardon me whilst I adjust my accrutiments." (Daffy Duck)
I would but the last time I seen my camera was last fall when I took some pictures of some stuff I bought at an auction.
The bench was uncovered about 5 of 6 years ago when we got flooded out and I had to move all the stuff out of the garage to clean out the ruined mess. Moved it all back in and in the process of getting it arranged. Keep finding more reloading stuff and just putting it close to where I know it will end up once I get it all arranged to where I want it. My wife said I'm a hoarder, but I fooled her, I'm worse than that, but when I retire, I'm going to make time to organize the garage including the corner for reloading.

Mine just looks like boxes at the moment, everything has been broken down and stored for moving.
Room is a mess!

See if this works."As is" taken this a.m
Ok, Beagle333' s bench is a bit more cluttered than mine, but mine takes up a short wall of the shed, with a shelf underneath. And I don't have a smoke detector on top....
