Loaded up some 7.62x54r to test in a Sako-barreled M-39.
Lee C312-185-1R with varying charges of IMR4895, from 28 to 31 grains. Hopefully I can try them out Sunday morning, if the weather cooperates.
Supposed to be in the 30s, with 25mph winds from the north. The way the range is laid out, I'll be looking directly into the wind. Ugh.
Iron369, you gotta remember that my late wife and my current wife, plus the lady I was dating between were or are all teachers.....[smilie=1:
Deprimed a couple thousand more 9mm's. Tumbled the 30-30's, 308's and 30-06's that I deprimed last week.
I also tumbled something new. A buddy came over with a Styrofoam coffee cup full of corroded and gummed up coins. The kind of stuff you find in the ash tray or down in the console. These were out of a tractor, so were probably even worse. Stuck together with coke, coffee, cigarette ashes, ect! I tumbled them for a couple of hours in stainless media and Dawn. They came out pretty good!
Back to depriming 9mm's and tumbling.
oh I just reminisced with the guys after a match;
we don't cast lately but keep an eye on it,
and keep the pot dusted off.
and I just ordered 2,000 x 124 9's from Wideners.
cheers!
Added two new pull out, under the counter shelves.
Long overdo project. Once I completed the second shelf I stood there wondering how I had gone so long without them. They'll Probably never be pushed under the counter again.
I've had the hardware for over 2 years. Sounded like a good idea when I bought the brackets, just never really got around to doing the job.
Get on that project you have in mind. You'll be left standing there wondering how you did without it too.
Loaded up 40 rounds of 165 grain .30-06 for a hog hunt
Look for a holster I have misplaced. I hope my dog doesn't have it!

Tuned up one Dillon SDB in 9 mm for my cousin, drove me crazy yesterday till I called Dillon tech services!!! Disassembled it, cleaned it, fresh lube, runs like it should now!!! You would think with 5 of these things in my immediate family, I’d know how to fix a problem by now!!! Hahahaha
Moved some stuff around and off to make make room for my new to me .416 Ruger. Got out the surplus powder from Jeff to start working rounds in 350 and 400 grns.
Just starting to set up My new Lyman Press! Tomorrow or Saturday, I need toLoad some Grendels for Sundays range trip!!

Which one did you get CW? I got the BrassSmith C press last year for my birthday and it has done a lot for me. Loaded at least a thousand each of 270, 38 special, and decapped as many 223. Workhorse for sure and a good companion to the 550.
I bought the American 8. There turret press, so far seems great.

Just finished depriming 2 20mm ammo cans of 9mm's that I started on last week. The whole time I had the tumbler running. I wet tumbled the 223's, 30-30's, 308's, 30-06's, 40's, 44's and 45's that I deprimed earlier this month and got them sorted and stored away. I also went back and resized the straight wall cases after tumbling. Just now got everything put away and cleaned up. I'll start tumbling all of those 9mm's next week.
I have not seen the floor in my loading room since Christmas until today!
I cast some Lee 379-255F, some TL314swc, and some 451-230tc till the pot was empty. Most for the .38-55 that I'm loving. The 314s are destined for 30-30 plinkers.
Today I actually cleaned up a bit and found some floor space in my reloading room
