These are the ones I've made for my wife.
Hey you guys, no fair. I'm stuck watching flooring replacement and can't get to anything as furniture is stacked up in the garage. I did coat some 9 & 40 this morning with HiTek but can't get to the oven to cook anything. I'll just let them dry for a couple days.
Well here's my roommates bullets. Just came in today so I cooked up a quick batch off bullets (and explained the process while she watched) then let her dry tumble her own bullets in her pink. Also perfected my technique a bit more with my green.

I even convinced her to soon roll up her own rounds of 300blk (with supervision, once I find a good load). Now she's wondering if she can add glitter to it lol. She might be on to something as she knows of a very fine powder glitter made of aluminum. Might actually mix with the pc and I'm assuming if aluminum checks work fine then this shouldn't hurt my melonite bore.
just curious do the bright colored boolits look like a tracer in the daylight?

Hopefully this worked...first attempt with pictures.
I decided to try something different and do a 2 tone powder coat. These boolits are going as to be part of a gift to my soon to be wife, the other parts being a news SP101 with Fire Sight. They are Harbor freight black and with Raspberry Candy tips from powder buy the pound.
I thought I had ordered shinny penny from Prismatic Powders but it was Copper Glaze. The K31 is Copper Glaze and the NOE 22 is 3 tablespoons Copper Glaze.3 tablespoons HF white and 1 tablespoons HF red.Attachment 99481

NOE311365 HF black with a little red mixed in.
My boolits are plain ole' silver boolits used for killing werewolves and such. You guys are making zombie killer boolits!:redneck:
I had tried the HiTek green in 30/30 and got crud in the barrel. I think it was a combo of my 2nd coating and the barrel band that caused the problem. The 31165C did good in the 308 PCd so I'll try the same load with the HiTek and see if it works. 3% Sb, 2x coated & WD from oven. Haven't tried any with checks yet.

Nope didn't work at all.
Mine aren't nearly as purdy, but purdy is as purdy does!:grin:Attachment 99502
PBTP, Kawasaki green
PBTP Super Durable Wet Black
HF Red
Tried black then sprinkling green on top. Not the rusult I wanted.
Tried black then sprayed with a shot of green. Result came out a dusty looking black.
Finally settled on green first, then switch cups to black & did a quick shot over the top.
I was really hoping to get an uneven marbled swirl effect with the green & black somehow.

To those that have tried the PBTP Kawasaki green. Have you noticed it doesn't flow the same as other colors? Its almost as if it builds up in the gun then dumps out. This is holding at 45* & more at 20-25psi. Less psi seems to make it worse. Both black & red flow nice & even with no belching or large puffs from the gun.
I think you all scared the silver boolit casters away.
I'd like to see some silver werewolf boolits you guys cast too!:Luvcastboolits:
tried HF yellow and red together--ended up with a muddy orange. But the bullets loaded fine and hit the target.
Guess it's like casting: in casting the bad ones go back in the pot--no waste. In PC the bad ones still get used and not thrown away.
