This load works very well in the gas gun with no leading, unsure what alloy it is, was gifted with several pounds of it...will cry when I run out.
I've posted this one before so I don't even know if it qualifies or not. It's one of my most accurate loads out of my K31.
With an internet rife with exaggeration and outright lies, I thought I'd get one of our range masters to pose with my target
in order to prove it's authenticity. He turned out to be a shy range master.
The five shot group at top center is the NOE 200 grain Spitzer on top of 16.8 grains of 2400 powder at 200 yards. (my K31 is scoped) The various dispersed bullet holes along the bottom and sides were the Lyman 130 grain cast bullet. I tested them first on the same target for bullet drop.
This paper target should really be turned 90 degrees counter clockwise to show its true position while being shot at. With the K31 load, I was aiming at the upper left bulls eye. My K31 prefers the heavier bullets for some reason.
I've since confirmed that this wasn't a fluke. It is in fact a repeatable accuracy load in my gun.
