I don't have the measurements, but know the 7/8 is more front-heavy. Lay the 7/8 slug on it's side and immediately stands on it's nose. I assume that's the reason I have gotten better accuracy with it vs 1 oz. I would like the measurements to if anybody has that handy.

Went to shed to double check my book....this is my best performer for accuracy to date : fed 2 3/4 hull w/209 primer - 19.8 gr CLAYS- BPI symmetrical OP wad - WAA12R wad w/2 - 20 ga nitro cards- 7/8 lee slug, 8 pt crimp. Yes, thinner skirts on 7/8 slug, good wad after shot, modest recoil. Also, faster but not quite as good accuracy, same as above but 36 gr Longshot. Both out of scoped 870 from rest.
