Want to see some HARD work, look at page one (completed Orders). Don't ever think BT's not dedicated.
Just finished up a 30 cal set, copper tubing die and 44 cal set for a customer. This order took me a while..... been hard at it for more then a week but got it all boxed up and ready to ship. On to the next order on top of the list!
Good shooting and swage on!

Take your time sir!! Iv waiting 2 years now resreaching collecting jackets reading watching learning few days will not kill me! Your dies are worth the wait.
Still making progress but it has been a little slow these last couple weeks, girls are out of school for spring break so it cut into shop time a little. I have revised the EST delivery times and expect to make some good progress on remaining orders starting first of next week when girls are back in school.
Thanks for your support and patience.

Getting a few more done!
28227, 44 core seat, BT.357mm #2013-99 (LCC) Dies are machined! Will head to Nitride week of 4-27 EST 5-22
14580, 45 #2014-003 (LCC) Dies are machined! Will head to Nitride week of 4-27 EST 5-22
I don't know how long Nitride service is backed up but usually takes a week to ship both ways plus about 2-3 weeks for them to process.
I'll get these dies to their customer just as soon as I can once they return from Nitride.
Thanks for your patience.
Brian
Any 40 cal core seat dies going to nitride? Thanks!
I'll see if I can find another die to bore up to the 40 cal core seat and keep you posted.
Brian
40 cal core seat die is machined and will head to Nitride this week.
Brian
Oh man! Great! Thanks!
Dies are at Nitride. I expect to have them back third week of this month. I'll keep you posted.
Brian
Received dies back from Nitride yesterday. I'll start work on those dies mentioned that where waiting on Nitride come first of next week.

Brian: Do you have an ETA on 14580? Really wanting to get some rounds down range!!
I have the dis here back from nitride, just need to polish them now and final assembly. I estimate two weeks or less.
Sorry I have fallen a bit behind but I'll catch up very soon. Thanks for your patience.
Brian
Cool! Thanks for the heads up!
Got three quick orders shipped out today.
Past month was very busy making bullets and prepping for the 50 cal competition shoot in which my bullets won several awards, I'm now back to work machining new dies to get ready to ship to heat treat. Been working on these dies for a while now and will have a few hundred dies ready to send to heat treat in the next 4-8 weeks. Once a year I set aside a block of time to do a large batch of machine work, and that time is now so I'll be pretty busy at the lathe for the next few weeks.
I've gotten a few PMs and emails inquiring about a set of dies. I'll get back to all of them as soon as I can. With this latest batch of dies I'm working on I expect to be able to fill any caliber die order one is looking for from 17-500 cal by the end of the year so if you have contacted me for a set of dies, hang tight, I'll have a lot ready very soon.
Thanks
Brian
478 dies heading to heat treat tomorrow! A lot of work in a hot shop over the last few weeks covered in machine oil and sharp metal chips, I'll be pulling slivers out of my hands for a few more days to come for sure. Half of all the machine work is done to these dies, after it is heat treated I will machine the bullet cavities then send in to be Nitride processed. I expect to have several dies in many, if not all, the calibers I offer ready in a few months time. If you have contacted me inquiring about a set of dies, or are currently waiting on a set, I have been busy working on getting these dies ready to fill your requests and will have them ready very soon.
By having this many dies half finished and already heat treated it is my goal to reduce wait times. If I don't have a particular caliber already machined and ready all I have to do is grab one of these half finished dies and simple bore the caliber bullet cavity requested then send it off to Nitride, this should cut wait times down considerably.
Thanks
Brian
Just picked up my 480 dies from heat treat. These dies have completed half the machine work necessary to make them into complete dies. Next step is to bore the bullet cavities of the hardened dies with my carbide reamers to produce the top quality finish you guys have come to expect form my quality swage dies. After the bullet cavities of the point form die, and the bores of the core seat dies (and various other dies) are machined they will then be sent off to be Black Nitride Processed. Having these dies already hardened and on the shelf ready to bore to any caliber requested will shorten wait times considerably for current and future orders as I do not need as many dies to meet "minimum costs" for Nitride processing as I do to meet the minimum cost for the heat treating process.
My custom reamer shop is currently in possession of 26 of my reamers to get them a simple check up and sharpen where/as needed. I also sent them new AutoCAD drawings necessary to complete nearly 20 new reamers for me. I am lucky to have found such an awesome shop that is capable of such precision and great turn times. Even with their excellent abilities, completing work on these 40+ reamers will take a little while, probably the rest of the summer at least, but for those of you currently waiting for dies to be machined, I had them put the reamers necessary to complete your dies on the top of the list to shorten your wait just as much as possible.
Thank you all for your patience and support. I'm really trying to "gear up" this summer with catching up on back orders and taking necessary steps to fill future orders with much quicker turn times. As the summer winds down and my girls return to school come the first of September I expect to be ready to take on and fill a large batch of new orders.
Please feel free to send me your requests for any new orders as this is a good time to get in front of the line for my next big run of dies. Please be patient for my reply as it will no doubt take me a few days to a few weeks to get you a reply as I am very busy in the shop but rest assured, I will get replies sent to all requests (both past, present and future) in time for all the details to be worked so that your requested set of dies (subject to calibers I have reamers available for on hand) will be in these next few batches of dies to be sent to Nitride for final processing.
I expect to send at least two more batches of dies to Nitride in the next few months (and possibly a third batch of dies by the end of the year or more depending on orders) to fulfill current orders and build future "on the shelf ready to ship" inventory.
Good shooting and swage on!
Brian
I expect to have the 44cal, 45, 358, and 308 reamers back tomorrow and will be machining necessary dies to fill my remaining back order list. I will be sending these machined dies to Nitride by the 22nd of this month and expect to have them back and ready to ship 2-3 weeks after depending on how long the Nitride processing takes. I know it has been a long wait for the last three 45 cal orders on my list and I am certain the wait will be well worth it.
I sent all my reamers in to be sharpened and expect the rest back within the next 4-8 weeks.
I have updated the list with EST dates and other updated info. I'll keep you all posted.
Thank you for your patience and support.
Brian
Yes, I did receive the four reamers today as mentioned in last post. I'll start cutting new dies ASAP.
Brian
All dies on back order list are machined and heading to Nitride. All except the 6mm VLD set for which I am still waiting on reamer to be cut.
Thank you for your support.
