Hello,
I want to get the proper steel top punch for my Lyman 358432? I am currently using an Aluminum top punch and it is a nightmare to remove from my lube sizer. What proper top punch does the 358432 use?
Thanks,
Divil

Old Lyman Literature lists the #429 for that bullet.

I can't locate Lyman's information for #358432, but if that mould is a button nosed wad cutter, try this: Cut a #8 penny or #10 common nail* so that you have only the head and a 1/2" shaft. Polish and trim the head so that it will fit a .357", .358" or .359" sizing die. If you size those CB's nose first, you'll find the nail head won't slip off the button nose.
*If you have other Lyman nose punches, measure one or two so as to determine whether you'll need a #8 or #10 common nail.
#429 is still listed at various places we shop.
If its not an exact fit, a little JB weld will fix it.
Thanks gents. I found a second hand #429 online.
