Looks like the floating cover from an RCBS lubsizer.
This is the cap for the lube reservoir on the Lyman bullet sizer luber.
lyman 450 cap
Oh yeah! THANK YOU each and everyone.
I was wondering where that part went. I have the bulk of the Lyman 450 lube sizer and it IS MISSING this part - and a few others. I did not recognize it.
Sounds like someone else needs to clean their reloading area more often too :bigsmyl2:
My problem is ‘oh-there it is! and then I set the found part exactly where I can find it as I don’t have the rest of ‘it’ out—only to not be able to find the found part when I get the rest of ‘it’ out to use. Old age is not for wussies.
If you ever have to replace the handle you'll need the 4500 cap. That one doesn't have enough clearance.

I replaced the handle on my 450 with the new improved handle and am pretty sure the cap was not replaced and works well. Do you happen to have a picture of the two different caps?
I liked the angle of the double arm handle better than the single round handle so I converted the handle/linkage on my orange sizer to the same as the grey one. Used a piece of oak and aluminum plate to mount the heater on so they both can share it. I c-clamp it to my bench whenever I need it and keep it under the bench when I don’t. Notice my big arrow on the heater.
