Has anybody tried using a polyester or dracon filler to help keep a duplex load of Wc872 with a kicker charge from shifting? or maybe just a small square of toilet paper Loading for a 30/40 Krag RB.

I have never used the WC872 before, just the WC860. I have only used it in the 50BMG and have never tried a charge with a kicker on smaller rounds. Have you tried the duplex loads before?
Just use more 872. The proper load is usually as much as you can stuff in there. Unless you're loading for your 22 rem ultramag.

Ever since discovering "open cell foam" dacron or any other filler has been deemed extinct at my house.
I second just putting in more 872 - if you are getting more velocity than you want reduce your kicker load. e.g. in my 8x56R I was using 4gr 3031 and a case full of 872 and got 2100fps. A little more than I wanted but not a lot. I haven't decided if I'm gonna leave it there or drop a grain of the 3031. Or possibly change the 3031 to something a touch faster.
WC860-WC872 are good in my 30/06 with a 200 gr boolit no kicker needed 60g of either is about 2100 fps with good accuracy, no fill needed. I use .5cc dipper of 3130 and a full case for my 45/70 with a 450g boolit with a 1300 fps velocity without the kicker 1060 fps. no filler needed without the kicker lots of unburned powder in the 45/70. I found that a kicker was not needed in a bottle neck case.
Ive got better things to do than fluffing pillow stuffing into cases. I either use a powder that fills the case (enough), or doesn't need such.
Too many people I trust experienced bulged barrels with fillers. I have stayed away since the early 00's.
