How do I send a private message to the forum Owners?

you could search for posts by NO1 and click on his private message label or you could wait a little while and he will probably be by here to respond to you.
At the bottom of each forum page is a "Contact Us" link. It is kind of centered to the right when you scroll down there. That would help you get in contact.
