Marbles Bullseye
So I ordered the fixed bullseye sight from Brownells because the ones with elevation were out of stock.
Are the fixed ones the same height as the adjustable ones?
And how are your experiences with these sights?
I found that after an eye injury my astigmatism cant handle an aperture sight mounted on the reciever but its fine when mounted further out on the barrel so this will hopefully work out well in the barrel dovetail on my win 88.
I also ordered a high XS white bar front post that I can file down to fit that should work well for forest hunting.

I put one on a Rossi 92 and really liked it.

I have one, used it on my Henry .22 before I found a Williams FP for it. They work great, really all you need under 100 yards.

Sounds great, I'm still waiting for the package. Supposedly it should have landed in the country by now so I might be able to try it out next weekend.
I might put a quick detachable 7x56 at night or when I need to reach out a bit.
I'll need to find a good comb raiser for that though.
Do you use post or bead front sight with peeps?

I bought one for my Rossi m92, at first I thought it would be great. but after a trip to the range with it I decided the original sight was better for me.
