Just bought one of these on ebay, is anyone here that use this bullet in military calibers? How big they drop? I plan to size it to 0.314'' to use in enfields and mosins and to 0.311'' to use in 30 cal rifles.

Just bought one of these on ebay, is anyone here that use this bullet in military calibers? How big they drop? I plan to size it to 0.314'' to use in enfields and mosins and to 0.311'' to use in 30 cal rifles.
Cast a few and mike the dia. My mold drops them at .311, I size and gas check them at .309
for my Swiss K 31, The perfect bullet for them. The Enfields & Mosin-Nagants will take a .314
or larger bullet to perform best. I use the NOE 314299 in mine. Fit bullet to throat dia for
best results. Some mosins and enfields will take up to .318 dia bullets to work their best.

Mine also drops a hair over 0,311''. It should be good in 30 cal rifles.
Don`t try to `Hot Rod` these bullets with high velocities. Keep the velocities about 1500 or slower for decent accuracy, higher and they tend to not stabalize.Robert
I don't need to ''hot rod'' these to punch paper, if they give me results like the ideal 311413, it should be great in the israelis and brazilian mausers!
