A decent voice and it followed the original music. It was just fine. If he added his own "stylings" (like so many do to the National Anthem) my opinion would be different.
A different interpretation, but powerful nevertheless.
I for one would like to here him sing the National Anthem.
He gets an A++ and a gold star in my book. A favorite hymn of mine and I play it often on my fiddle. Might be a bit bold for some, but if more sang it out loud like he does, maybe we'd be able to irritate the heck out of and drown out the rhetoric of those who choose to believe in their new green deal and climate control religion who want to persecute those who believe in God and the sanctity of life?
Changed my mind . . . . I'll give him a A+++ and two gold stars . . . .
Amen...
Yes.
Surprisingly nice
I’m impressed.
Much better than I expected.
Using his influence and God's gift wisely; may he be blessed abundantly.
I also would like to hear him sing The National Anthem, along with Battle Hymn of the Republic.
Nice voice.
I liked it.
Almost as good as David of Disturbed's making Sound Of Silence, his 104 degree temp from the flu, his own. Paul Simon himself said that this was the way the song should have been done.
A whole lot of those rock singers have world class voices

Man, I like it!
Great cover! Loved it! Thanks for sharing!
I have found the Disturbed cover of Sound of Silence to be one of my favorite songs ever. Just amazingly well done!
Another song I found that is hauntingly beautiful is this children's choir version headed by Kaylee Rodgers. Just beautiful!

Since it was written by a recovered slave ship's captain, I think he would have been proud to hear that version.
He sure gets some in that version, Brass
