I bought a used Ransom rest a few years ago and finally got around to getting it out. I found out that I had lost the hardware for the trigger assembly. I called Ransom around 2:30 on a Wednesday talked with a guy about ordering it asked him a few other questions. Very friendly took time to answer everything and took my order. I was shocked when it was in the mail box Saturday morning. I just wanted to pass on on a story of excellent service. FB
