Not that I have ever seen. 410 needs powder in the W296, 2400, lil gun area. Fast powders like clays or even unique peak out in pressure before getting adequate velocity. I have never seen even blue dot listed as a 410 load.
No... don't think about it or play with it... stay w/ lil gun, 2400, 110, 296, 4100, etc. etc. many safe powders to risk your firearm or self on trying to save a buck!
I4227 is a good 410 powder too.

For 2-1/2" .410 with 1/2 oz. of shot you can use any charge listed for .44-40 with 200 - grain bullet at standard pressure, 6 grains of Bullseye, TiteGroup or 700X, 7 grains Unique or Universal, 8 grains of Herco or AutoComp, 15 grs. of #2400 or 17 grs. 4227.
MB38: Treat your 410 like a little rifle that you can shoot shot from. Much better to use a powder that's a little too slow and have some unburned powder in the bore than a powder that's too fast and cause damage. Gp
Well, since my Dillon is sitting there set for 7.2 of unique and the 9000 was running 2 1/2 inch 410s, I loaded a couple with 7.2 unique and 1/2 oz of 9s. Shot one in my Yildiz and was reasonably similar to the 15.7 gr load of 296. Tried the other in my 11-48, did not quite cycle it and showed some imprint of the extractor cutout. Not bad but a bit higher pressure than the 296. curiosity satisfied, well almost, I will load one more to get a ballpark velocity comparison.
Note, I shot these in strong modern guns, I will be staying with the manual recommended powders. But, nice to know it is viable in a pinch...
